I’ve recently become a massive fan of Family Guy; funny how I’ve never watched it before and now I’m just watching one episode after another. Was just watching one where Quagmire gets stuck in some machinery (looked like Delta machinery). My favourite character just has to be Stewie, just love the way he sees the world. Brian is just amazing. Peter just reminds me of so many people I know .. I’d almost say I prefer it to Futurama or The Simpsons (maybe …)

Build Your Wild Self

Hyder sent me a fun link that some of you will certainly enjoy. It’s called Build Your Wild Self and is viral front-end for the New York Zoos and Aquariums. It lets you build a little guy or girl to represent you and then add different animal features, including tails, ears, trunks. It’s a good alternative to skin lightening if you want to just change the way you COULD look instead of really changing yourself. You get a choice of clothes, features and all aspects of your little guy or girl.

Train your dog

Do you have a dog? If so, it can probably benefit from a dog agility course, and there’s a one you can buy from Signature K9. They do all sorts of courses, not just agility, they even do police training videos. And to stress how valuable dog training can be, here’s a video I prepared showing someone recommending their services to a friend who’s dog has wondered off (now you know who needs a training video)

Gaspirtz Cartoons

I came across some pretty funny cartoons today. They’re drawn by a cartoonist called Oliver Gaspirtz and you can find them at his online comics site.

For anyone who’s interested, his comics are drawn on paper, scanned into computer and coloured in Photoshop. He has a pretty distinctive style and I must say, I quite dig his sense of humour.

So, have a look at the cartoon here, do you this is funny? I certainly do, though there’s a certain element of black humour in it. I just love that sort of stuff, but I appreciate that it’s not everyone’s piece of cake. What do you think? Do you dig it ?

Missed anything on TV recently? Check out TV Links. It contains links to the best TV shows, cartoons and anime. Content is hosted on Daily Motion, You Tube, and Bolt, so the site doesn’t actually host anything themselves. I’ve managed to catch up on Torchwood at last. Brilliant show, just brilliant.
