Trying a Turbo Snake

We’ve had slow moving water in the shower for a few weeks now, and usually we use some sort of drain unblocker or a plunger. But this time I decided to try something completely different. I managed to get my hands on a JML Turbo Snake, a little gizmo that you can slide down the drain and pull out whatever is causing the problem. The has a special head that’s attached to a long wire. You slide it down the drain hole and see what you come up with.

I was a bit sceptical before I tried it. Usually these things are never good as they’re advertise. But I was amazed by the amount of gunk that came out of the drain. It was mostly hair and yucky stuff, but the great thing is that my drain is flowing perfectly now. Problem solved.
