I’ve started changing how I snack in the evening, choosing to stay away from biscuits and chocolates and going for a healthier option. I’m snacking on frozen fruit and yoghurt today. It’s actually quite nice, especially as mixing the yoghurt into the frozen fruit turns it into something like icecream. I’m working hard at losing the weight, but I’m staying away from diet drugs like apidexin. I’m looking to change my eating style and habits, more than just go for the quick weight loss.
The biggest problem is that I’m shaving away from my weight, but it’s so easy to put it back on in a couple of days if I’m not careful. So wish me luck and I’ll keep you posted!
