A touch of Spring Cleaning

Well, it’s closer to Summer than Spring, but the fact that we have guests over TT has prompted a spot of spring cleaning. It’s funny how stuff just tends to accumulate over time, but we’re being quite brutal in what we’re throwing away. If it’s past the best buy date, it’s destined for the bin. If it’s something we’re never bound to use, maybe like prenatal vitamins, it’s getting disposed of. If it’s a piece of something that broke ages ago and was already replaced, then it’s history.

I don’t know, I guess it’s valuable to do this every now and again; there’s only finite space in the house and with five of us sharing the space now, it’s all going to become a premium I guess as the kids get older we can get rid of the baby stuff, whether it’s baby clothes or baby proofing; but then I’m sure there will be other things to take their place
