Right, Easter is over and it’s time to get back on the diet. On the plus side, I’ve had a tummy but for a couple of days, which has meant I lost any extra weight I put on while we were away for Easter. I’m not using any weight loss products, so it’s down to the gym and calorie counting that’s going to do it for me. The reality is, I *can* eat less calories that I consume if I try hard enough. But it’s too easy to go out, bring in take-away or meet friends for a pizza for lunch and none of those help. In fact, a pizza for lunch is pretty much my daily allowance of calories, so any breakfast or dinner I have knocks off any savings from another day.
I’ll keep you posted on how I’m going.
