Well, that time has come again, where the scales have starting complaining and it’s time to knock a few kilos back. The truth is that over Xmas I put on a few kilos and for some reason I haven’t managed to get back into the right mindset to start losing weight again. Anyway, target is set and I’m heading down the right road. Tomorrow is Shrove Tuesday, so what better day to start?
I’m doing the calorie counting thing again, as that seems to be the best way to keep the weight off. It’s also the healthiest way to do it. There’s lots of information about the side effects of diet pills, so I’m happy to go down what I consider the REAL way to lose weight.
