Well, I haven’t really got into my diet 100%. I’m sort of winding down, which is sort of working, as I’m eating less garbage and starting to work on the healthy foods. For example, I could be having a chocolate pudding at the moment, instead I have a pile of frozen fruit with low fat yoghurt at my side. It kills the craving for sweet stuff and feels like you’re eating ice cream. I know you can get safe weight loss pills and all, but I’m going down the low calorie route instead. I think there’s more value in teaching myself how to eat properly, rather than use a technique that gives me short term results.
Still need to get into the right mindset though …
