    So, I’ve taken a bit of a break off my diet over Christmas. I as expecting to put on weight as we were visiting our families in Malta and having lunch with one family and dinner with the other. And besides the expected increase in calorific intake, there were all the Christmas goodies and spirit to boot; with a net effect of a 3 kilo increase.

    So it’s time to get back to 1500 calories a day. It will take some time to shave off the weight, but I know I can do it, just as I did before Christmas came along. I’ll need to find some time to go to the gym and spend some time on some fitness equipment, but I’ll figure out how to do that next week. Too much to do at the moment ;)
