		<description>I have been calorie counting and getting regular 3 times a week exercise for about 4 months now and have lost 18 pounds so far. I want to lose another 8 and I will be happy. I am eating between 1500 and 2000 calories a day most of the time.

Holiday next week though so it all goes out the woindow :)</description>
