Well, the first week of my diet is almost over and I’m getting used to the routine of staying at 1500 calories a day. The nice thing about it is that it’s helping me identify when I tend to snack and where my weight increase comes from. It’s mainly “cleaning up” after Arthur, or snacking on the wrong things. Nothing that can’t be fixed, but it’s just going to take some will power. Pity I can’t use something like one of those AC filters to let only the good stuff through huh?
Anyway, I’m going to try and weight myself once a week; after all, I don’t really want to be obsessing about what I’m doing. I’m using FatSecret to keep track of what I’m doing; and I might just publish something onto this blog if I can pick out some of the graphical bits.

I have been calorie counting and getting regular 3 times a week exercise for about 4 months now and have lost 18 pounds so far. I want to lose another 8 and I will be happy. I am eating between 1500 and 2000 calories a day most of the time.
Holiday next week though so it all goes out the woindow
