So, I’ve started counting calories again. I mainly manage to keep my weight stable without trying too hard, but over summer I’ve put on a couple of kilos every time I went on holiday. With three different holidays you can guess the damage .. and unless I stay on the straight and narrow, I’m not going to drop back down to the weight I was at the start of summer.
It’s not too far to go, but i’m not going to be taking any drugs or funny stuff like a colon cleanser or anything like that. So, today I started counting and will be aiming at 1500 calories a day. I sort of blew that with spaghetti bolognese for dinner .. but it wasn’t that bad on the whole (quite yummy actually)
