A bit of this and a bit of that

Following my call for people to vote for us for the trip to Tuscany competition (see my previous post), I’m please to announce that we actually WON the competition! We got some pretty awesome support actually, with a total of 51 votes. I guess I must have over-marketed (over-begged) for attention as the person who came second had a sum total of 3 votes. So, I must take the opportunity to apologise to people for chasing them.

Anyway, we haven’t quite sorted out when we’re going yet, but I’ll try to document the trip via this blog, Twitter and Facebook. I’m not really going to use a live video streaming service to take you all with me (after all it is a holiday), but it will be fun to see how much I can share with you all, and whether I can give you a sense of what the place is like.
