Right, we’ve been on holiday twice since I last blogged about my diet; and not counting calories has meant that my weight has crept up a bit. Actually, it crept up in our first trip when I put on 3 kilos. I was more careful in our second trip (to Malta) and actually took a couple of long walks to compensate for the pastizzi and pizza. As a result; I didn’t actually put on any weight on the second trip.
However, I do have 3 kilos to lose again now; so it’s back to the gym 3 times a week and trying to keep my calorie consumption below 1500 calories a day. I’ve decided I really don’t want to go down the diet pill route, so it’s down to counting and cardio; which I’m sure I can handle. I’ll keep you posted on how it goes!
