Well, it’s time to retrench for a few weeks just to try and stablise my weight before the Christmas. When I started my diet 6 months ago, I managed to loose 8 kilos in the first 2 months, 4 kilos in the next 2 months, but I have been struggling to maintain my weight since then. I’m not into trying to find the fat burner pills or any fancy diet; it’s all done by trying to keep my calorie intake below 1500 calories a day. However, between eating out, going on holiday and just overall greediness, I haven’t really kept to this for some time.
And you can tell. I’ve stopped losing weight and instead have been struggling to maintain where I am. I have a couple of weeks from when I get back from my graduation in Edinburgh till Xmas comes around, so maybe I’ll use that time to try to drop a few more pounds.
