I got weighed yesterday as part of this diet study group I joined 4 months ago and it’s great to see I’ve lost a bit more weight. Not as much as I should have really. I lost 8 kg in the first 2 months and only lost 4 since then, but I’ve had a cold for a month and relatives visiting and I can think up another few excuses. Still, it’s a positive result I though and I’ll try to make up the difference in the next couple of o months. It’s actually a 6-month study but I think as an overall thing I’d say it’s been a positive experience for me.
One thing is has thought me is to be more careful with how much I eat, but also what I eat. As I’m eating less, I’m happier to spend longer preparing what I eat and eating the right things. I can look through a book of appetizer recipes, plan what I want and pick and choose. I can eat my way through the whole book, it will just take a bit longer




Uau…11.5 kilos is really great. Most people lose 1 or 2 kilos a month but you lost 11.5 Kgs!! That’s really nice to hear.
It was across 4 months, so I guess that’s around 3 kilos a month. Not too bad I guess. Wish I could do it quicker though
