    So, it’s been around 2 months since I started my diet and today I had my official weighing. I’ve lost a total of 8 kilos so far which was a nice steady weight loss and I know I’ll be able to keep it off. The great thing is that it feels like I’ll be able to keep this going for some time, so hopefully will keep the weight loss going. It helps that I’m going to a gym also, not really for the strength equipment but mainly to do some cardiovascular work.

    The great thing is that I’m already feeling a different in my clothes and have had to make a new hole in my belt. It will be interesting in a few months time to compare photos and see if I can spot the difference. Maybe I should find a videographer to use a sequence of photos to build a video showing me shrink over time. keke

    2. Actually, I think the video diary thing is a great idea. There comes a point in many weight loss plans where one becomes discouraged. Being able to go back and actually see your progress would be a GREAT motivator! Congrats on your progress!
