A bit of this and a bit of that

I came across this picture of a gantry crane (or a Material Handling System as it’s more correctly called) while surfing the web and I was marveling at just how huge this thing was. It can lift up to 150 tons and move it in any direction. You don’t realise how big it actually is until you see the size of the people in the picture.

It’s by a company called ShuttleLift, a specialist in the field of material handling.
