		<description>That *is* strange. Thing is, I got those values off KFC&#039;s website and really have nothing but their word that the figures are correct.

Weird, though: the U.S. nutritional data says there&#039;s 100 calories more in our chicken breasts. I wonder if it&#039;s that the recipe&#039;s different, or the serving size?</description>
