So .. I’m 2 1/2 weeks into my diet and it’s still going well. Here’s a chart of my progress:

You can see that my weight has taken a downward trend, though the sawtooth you get from weighing yourself every morning is making me crazy (you’d get more stable action from some movers New York than my weight). Maybe that’s why diet experts recommend you only weigh yourself once a week.
Anyway, as long as the weight keeps dropping off, I’m pretty excited. I’ve also joined The Domestic Diva’s 30 day challenge to keep to motivation going. It’s all good stuff!

That’s awesome! Maintaining a diet is really hard work, and takes tons of dedication. I don’t think I could do it.
