		<description>@caroline: Thanks for your comment. Yeah, The 4lb loss was probably more an effect of switching to a more reasonable diet (less sugars and salt) and a corresponding water loss. It&#039;s looking like a 1-2lb a week will be easy to maintain as long as I stick to 1500 kcals a day.

p.s. I&#039;ve done the dasBlog-&gt;WordPress move on my other blog (http://www.u-g-h.com). Was a bit messy</description>

About the reward thing, sometimes it&#039;s nice to set incremental goals and reward yourself with presents.  20 lbs some sort of sport ticket, etc, etc.</description>
