Started going to the gym again

I’ve managed to go to the gym twice this week, so I think we can fairly say that I’ve started getting into the swing of things. The gym I frequent is called BodyShack, which I think is quite funny considering it’s right next door to an undertaker Imagine turning up for a funeral and finding a place called BodyShack next door!

Back to the gym, they’re quite comprehensive in terms of different equipment they have available, they have a full range of cardio-vascular machines, free weights, weight machines and even have a cardio room. They might not have a full range of commodities (sauna, steam room, walk in tub, pool, etc), but really all I want is somewhere to do some exercise and grab a shower before I go to work, and this fits perfectly!
