Hmmmm … I’ve just come to the conclusion that I’m overweight because I eat too much. Well, ok, I knew that; but I’ve actually established a real pattern. When I eat out I put on a pound or two. When I don’t eat out for a couple of days, I can shed it. Which leads me to believe that it I lock myself up at home for a few weeks, I might see a real improvement.
Problem is that the in-laws are visiting at the moment (again), so we’re going out more than usual. Maybe I should invest in a Precor elliptical and see if I can burn off the extra I’m eating. Not sure I can afford the time though
