A bit of this and a bit of that

We had a great family day out today. After going to the local Hilton for Sunday Brunch we headed down to the beach to take advantage of the sunny day. It was just glorious, the sun was out, the sea was calm, the seagulls flying around. Arthur had a great time throwing pebbles into the sea and I must say, I skimmed a few pebbles myself. I didn’t have a camera, but we did get some video footage which might get edited some day for posting here.

The beach was nice and clean too, which is always a blessing. It’s amazing how much weird stuff gets washed up sometimes, from medical jewelry all the way to a fully working iPod a friend of mine found while beach combing. It’s nice to live within walking distance from the sea, that’s one thing I like about Douglas.
