A bit of this and a bit of that

Iain sent me an email yesterday about a friend of his who’s in a local band and just released a record. So I thought I’d stop playing with Meet You Later (more for the social networking than the dating) and spread the word about this new band. Speaking about bands, I heard that Madonna has abandoned her record label too!

Anyway, back to the band in question. The album is called Love & War, the band is called Tate. You can get it locally for ?12.99. You can find out more about the band on their MySpace page here. I’m not linked to the band or anything, but I have a great respect for local bands and happy to help them rise about the challenges of getting themselves known.
