    Interesting post on U.S. labour laws by Andrew Flusche who’s a law student taking his bar exam really soon. It talks about some general legistration about working hours, overtime, breaks and minimum wage with specific references to the legislation in different states. If you work in the U.S. it’s worth reading, just so you know what is within your right. It’s not strict legal advice, but should give you a ball-park idea so you can start your proper reseach (should you nee to that is).

HELLO:I work in a country club in Florida, where they take 1/2 hour off after 6 hour of work,take your break or not,I work in the mens locker room, in the last 2 yrs i had taken 4 breaks, I had talk to human resources and they said is wrong but,they dont do anything,I also had talk to my managers,they said uis my duty to let them know.I tell them is their duty to schedule some one to relif me and to make sure I take a break. thank you
