Learning to cook

Camille prepared a lovely prawn salad yesterday. Cooking is more an art than a skill and people will go to great lengths to get good at it. You could even go to a kitchen academy in Hollywood to join an immersion course and get yourself a cooking diploma.
Anyway, today we went out to eat instead, which proves that you can have a good meal even if you don’t prepare it yourself. We went down to a Chinese place down on Douglas promenade for a magnificent buffet. No wonder I can’t get my diet sorted

I like to cook, but I know I’m that good at it. And I know I could never do it for a living.
I’ve always gotten to start my diets, it’s just I’ve never been able to keep it up.
