Am I getting fitter?

I’ve been going to the gym for the last couple of weeks, but one thing I can’t do just yet is a chin-up. I know I can probably get myself a chin-up bar to practice on, but I’m just too heavy to get very far. But, I suppose with a bit of practice I could get there.

It’s going quite well though, in that I’ve been to the gym, or playing squash between two to three times a week. I’m not losing as much weight as I should be, but that’s probably because I’m not coordinating my diet so well. However I think I am feeling healtier thanks to going to the gym.
