Yeah! Lost some weight

Just went and got myself weighed again and I’ve dropped 1.5kg in the last 2 weeks! Great result, but I need to make sure I keep on going this way. It’s great to report a drop in weight, but when increases don’t get reported, well, it feels like you’re constantly loosing weight, but remaining in the same stop.

So, that’s why I’m keeping my Weight Monitor up, so I can monitor both increases and decreases in weight. In the meantime, YEAY!
