Charlie Chaplin, Laurel & Hardy

Do you remember Charlie Chaplin and Laurel & Hardy? I miss them. I have not seen them in years. I grew up laughing at them. I really wish I could lay my hands on some footage. I would love to show them to Arthur.

I bet he would enjoy them as much as Higgeldy House or Mr Tumbles.

Have you tried searching at http://www.archive.org ? A lot of early film work is now in the public domain and can be found at various sites.

I would recommend avoiding the 1925 version of the Wizard of Oz with Oliver Hardy, it may not be suitable for young children. I wish I could remember what made it unsuitable, but you may want to pre-screen it and decide for yourself. :)
