Warm and Dry

I often think of going through in vitro fertilization? again. I look at Arthur and think how lucky I am. I think just how great it would be if he had any brothers and sisters. Then I think would it be fair to him to have a Mummy who is just a bunch of hormones? Perhaps when he is older. Perhaps I am more mature now to cope with the mood swings.

It is never an easy choice… and one I am constantly battling with. I know it will be nice to have a baby brother or sister but are we ready for it all?

It’s a nice day, and yet here I am. I am attached to my pc… blogging. I need to grab some movitation and go to town and do all I have to do. I should also take Arthur for a trip to the swings. He will enjoy that.

As I keep harping on – Education is of the utmost importance. Without a good education, the chances of success in future life are heavily lowered. So the important thing is that education is made fun and interesting rather than dull and boring. This therefore lies in the tutors hands. An innovative tutor? can truly bring history back to life and make chemistry a blast!

Ok! Ok! I admit it. I gave up after a month of? dieting. I need to get back on board. Perhaps I ought to consider an alternative method? of dieting such as? Calorie Counting. I guess I need to get myself a Calorie Counter? or better still a Free Calorie Counter! Perhaps I should just join up with My Fitness Pal!

I current just feel so unmotivated to diet but I know I should. And I have lost so much weight in the past (without putting it back on), it would be a shame to not complete the task and aim for my ideal weight.

I really need to check if we still have our current Travel insurance. We normally get ourselves annual insurance which is really great. It is cheap insurance and you can travel as often as you want. The biggest problem I have is that it is really easy to forget to renew!

There are always stories in conjuction with A levels, but if this is true, it really takes the biscuit. I cannot imagine my brother will be too happy! (He is doing his Bio Advanced level)

Argh. I am so worried about my tax problems, I am not sure what to do. I seem to be just putting them off as though id I do nothing they will go away. Perhaps I need to just find the time to sit down and sort it, because if I don’t my tax bill will just get higher and higher. I wonder if I am entitled to any Tax debt relief?

I think ASBO’s are simply not acceptable. They are used as a way of allowing criminals back on the street. In some places it is almost a requirement by social peers to have one. But if you must, perhaps you should consider getting an ASBO from The Joke Shop.

We have a place in Staines that we have partly rented out. However it can get pretty complex. First of all there are all the issues the? tenants come up with. And believe me they really do come up with some stuff. They start requesting all sorts of items that were not in the flat to begin? with because they thought it automatically came with it! Then they? break things and expect you to replace them. You would think that it would be their responsibility to replace things they break. And then there is the financial side.

You start by getting a buy to let mortgage which expect you to earn 130% of the mortgage payments. Then you need to pay tax on your income. I think it is about 22% of the rental income. So essentially you make 8% which you would think is not bad. Except there is maintenance, breakages and wear and tear. The whole finance is a nightmare. Perhaps I should get myself some real estate software? to manage the finance.

So although It may seem like it actually costs to rent out the place. At the end of the 25 year mortgage, I will hopefully end up with a regular retirement income!

It’s my birthday again! I think this is the point I turn 21 again and again! But that’s not the point of this conversation… you see I have a dilemma… To Party or not to party?

You see I have always believed in throwing a Party but since I moved to the Isle of Man and had Arthur, I have lead a quieter life. Anyway… the question is who would I invite?

So perhaps this year I will skip it and opt for a meal out instead. Though I still want a yummy cake!
