Almost Omelette
Today I made a yummy mushroom omelette. I actually really beat the eggs and poured it on top of the precooked ingrediants. Because the eggs were beaten, the omlette was really light and fluffy. It turned out semi layered and was really nice. Put it under the grill to brown the top. Really yummy! Even Arthur liked it!
